Appeal by Hannah Z. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 21, 2019.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 358-a (see Family Ct Act § 1112; Social Services Law § 358-a [8]), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
