DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner-appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated December 16, 2019, and to direct that the respondent-respondent have supervised visitation with the subject child, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders dated December 16, 2019. Cross motion by the respondent-respondent to vacate or modify a temporary restraining order contained in an order to show cause of this Court dated December 17, 2019, signed in connection with the petitioner-appellant's motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition to the motion and the cross motion, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the orders dated December 16, 2019, is stayed and the respondent-respondent shall have supervised visitation with the subject child, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders dated December 16, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied as academic.
