DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner-appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 18, 2019, and January 2, 2020, respectively, as directed it to supervise the subject child in New Jersey, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the orders as directed the petitioner-appellant to supervise the subject child in New Jersey is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
