Application by the defendant Ulises Gomez pursuant to CPL 245.70(6) to review a ruling of a Justice of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 22, 2020, which denied his application for a protective order to direct that discovery material be disseminated in a certain manner, and, upon review, to vacate or modify the ruling.
