| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 31, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the decision and order on application of this Court dated December 4, 2019, entitled "In the Matter of Applications to Withdraw Appeals, Cross Appeals, or Proceedings," is amended by deleting the entry concerning the above-entitled appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until March 9, 2020, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
