Appellant having moved for a writ of error coram nobis vacating the order of this Court entered November 16, 2018, affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County, rendered May 31, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the memorandum and order entered November 16, 2018 is amended by deleting the phrase "witness's disability" from the first sentence of the second paragraph of the memorandum and substituting in place thereof "codefendant's disability," and by deleting the phrases "witness had a disability" and "witness was the shooter" from the second sentence of the second paragraph of the memorandum and substituting in place thereof "codefendant had a disability" and "codefendant was the shooter," respectively.
