Now, upon reading and filing the statement of A. Joseph Catalano, Esq., dated January 31, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Kathleen A. Kugler, Esq., Niagara County Conflict Defender, 175 Hawley Street, Lockport, New York 14094, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Niagara County, entered June 25, 2019, in place and stead of David J. Farrugia, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Niagara County Family Court Clerk provide Kathleen A. Kugler, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to April 3, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
