Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Michael T. Johnson, Esq., dated January 6, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq., 2103 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered July 12, 2019, in place and stead of Michael T. Johnson, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Oneida County Family Court Clerk provide Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to April 3, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
