DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 9, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is extended, and the supplemental brief submitted to the Clerk of this Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's supplemental brief is extended until April 10, 2020, and the brief in response to the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and file on or before that date.
