DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (IDV Part), dated December 17, 2019, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for poor person relief. Cross motion by the respondent to impose a sanction upon the appellant for making a frivolous motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
