Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 8, 2019, and an order of the same court entered January 23, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended until March 5, 2020, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
