On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 6, 2020, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, and the denial of an application to sign an order to show cause of that court, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "upon the papers filed in support of the motion to strike stated portions of the record and the appellants' brief, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "upon the papers filed in support of the motion to strike stated portions of the record and the appellants' brief, and the papers filed in opposition thereto."
