DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to file one volume of the record under seal on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 20, 2019, to extend the time to perfect the appeals, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until March 16, 2020, and the record and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
