Motion by the appellant, in effect, pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Westchester County, both rendered September 24, 2014, and two amended judgments of the same court, both rendered July 31, 2018, and to consolidate those appeals with appeals from two amended judgments of the County Court, Westchester County, both rendered January 25, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take appeals from the judgments rendered September 24, 2014, and the amended judgments rendered July 31, 2018, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a replacement brief concerning the amended judgments rendered January 25, 2018, is extended until March 16, 2020.
