Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered March 28, 2019, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth any and all assets, including whether he has an interest in his residence located in Eastchester, New York, the value of the residence, and the equity in the residence.
