| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 29, 2016. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until February 27, 2020, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied.
