Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one entered June 27, 2019, and one dated December 10, 2019, to stay enforcement of the order dated December 10, 2019, and to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
