The People of the State of New York, Plaintiff, v Thomas Santorelli, Defendant.

Motion by defendant, in effect pursuant to CPL 460.30, for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered January 7, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is dismissed as untimely taken, as the affidavit of errors was not filed within 60 days after defendant's receipt of the transcripts (see CPL 460.10 [3] [a]).
