| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Keith Meyn to reinstate an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered August 31, 2017, which was deemed withdrawn by decision and order on application of this Court dated May 10, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on application of this Court dated May 10, 2018, is recalled and vacated, the appeal is reinstated, and the appellant shall cause the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see NYCRR 670.9[d][2]), and serve and file a replacement brief on or before April 14, 2020.
