DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to compel and enlarge the time to perfect the appeal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency District, rendered December 2, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appeal shall be perfected on or before March 30, 2020; and it is further
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to compel the SCTPVA to provide appellant with a copy of the minutes is granted to the extent that the SCTPVA shall provide appellant or his representative access to the court file for the purpose of copying the minutes within 10 days of the date of this Decision and Order on Motion.
