Motion by appellant to stay all proceedings, including trial, pending the determination of appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 9, 2019, and September 11, 2019, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeals be perfected on or before May 1, 2020, and upon the further condition that within 10 days from the date of this decision and order on motion appellant deposit with the court below the February 2020 rent in the sum of $1,032.49 and continue to deposit rent into the court below at a like rate as it becomes due; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
