Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 25, 2019, November 4, 2019, and November 7, 2019, respectively. Motion by United Talmudical Academy of Boro Park for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders dated November 4, 2019, and November 7, 2019, and to stay enforcement of all of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the orders dated November 4, 2019, and November 7, 2019, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders dated November 4, 2019, and November 7, 2019, purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders dated November 4, 2019, and November 7, 2019, is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated September 25, 2019, is denied.
