| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Paul D. Kraft for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Kraft was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Department on September 16, 2009, under the name Paul David Kraft. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 23, 2014, Mr. Kraft was immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90(4)(f) based on his conviction of a serious crime. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 20, 2015, Mr. Kraft was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, with credit for the time elapsed under the interim order of suspension, with leave to apply for reinstatement immediately. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 31, 2017, Mr. Kraft's motion for reinstatement was denied on the ground that he had abandoned the motion.
