| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Jan Robin Schneiderman for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Schneiderman was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 25, 1984. By opinion and order of this Court dated July 9, 2001, Ms. Schneiderman was disbarred, effective immediately, based on her conviction of multiple felonies, and her name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Jan Robin Schneiderman's character and fitness to practice law.
