An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about July 31, 2015, And defendant-appellant having moved for an order: (1) granting an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal; and (2) enlarging the Record on Appeal to include five (5) letters, addressed to Hon. Edward J. McLaughlin, for consideration in sentencing the defendant, copies of which are annexed to the Notice of Motion, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the Record on Appeal to include the above referenced letters and extending the time in which to perfect the appeal to the September 2020 Term of this Court.
