| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 28, 2019, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), to extend the time to perfect the appeal, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Cross motion by the respondents to preclude the appellant from making further motions or commencing further actions or proceedings without prior permission of the Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
