| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated September 16, 2019, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal, and to assign one Appellate Division Docket Number to three notices of appeal filed in connection with the order dated September 16, 2019, and permit the filing of one record and one appellant's brief on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is denied as premature; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is granted, and the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as unnecessary.
