Separate motions by the appellant Town of Hempstead Town Board and the appellant Anthony J. Santino to extend the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 6, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant Town of Hempstead Town Board's motion and and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant Anthony J. Santino's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is extended until March 23, 2020, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
