| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Sheila Poole, Acting Commissioner of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, and the New York State Central Register to extend the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 4, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the movants' time to serve and file a brief is extended until March 23, 2020, and the movants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
