Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 4, 2019, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by the order and judgment. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 9, 2019, the motion was held in abeyance, and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof. The appellant has not perfected the appeal, and the appeal has been deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a).
