Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 16, 2017, and an order of the same court entered January 23, 2019, and to consolidate the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay certain proceedings in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, Housing Part, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to extend the time to perfect the appeals and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to stay certain proceedings in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, Housing Part, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended until March 13, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary, as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay certain proceedings in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, Housing Part, is denied.
