| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the third-party defendants-appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 19, 2019, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended until April 21, 2020, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the third-party defendants-appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
