| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated July 17, 2018, in effect, to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until March 25, 2020, and the appellant's appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
