Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 8, 2019. Application by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until March 23, 2020, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
