Motion by the plaintiffs-respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 7, 2018, and to hear the appeal together with an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 26, 2019. Application by the plaintiffs-respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief on the appeal from the order dated April 26, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the plaintiffs-respondents' time to serve and file briefs on the appeals is extended until March 25, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
