2020-01371 In the Matter of Eva Furey, respondent, v Steven Bellucci, appellant. (Docket No. V-8375-19A)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Steven Bellucci from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 7, 2020.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from the portions of the order that are nondispositional in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6 part 3 and leave to appeal has not been granted (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and the appellant is not aggrieved by the remainder of the order.
DILLON, J.P., HINDS-RADIX, BARROS and BRATHWAITE NELSON, JJ., concur.
