DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated March 2, 2018, with appeals from an order of the same court entered May 14, 2019, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court also entered May 14, 2019, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order entered May 14, 2019, and the order and judgment, and the notice of appeal from the order entered May 14, 2019, and the order and judgment, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the order entered May 14, 2019, and the order and judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before March 26, 2020, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order entered May 14, 2019, the order and judgment, and the notice of appeal from the order entered May 14, 2019, and the order and judgment, the parties shall correct the covers of the copies of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court to add Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-09333 and 2019-09336, the appellant shall file digital copies of the record and the appellant's brief with the corrected covers, and the respondent shall file a replacement digital copy of the respondent's brief.
