DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Renewed motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, to waive payment of the filing fee on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 3, 2019, for free transcripts, and for the assignment of counsel. Application by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until April 27, 2020.
