Appeals by Miguel Diaz from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, both dated August 6, 2019.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated February 24, 2020, is amended by deleting the entry concerning the above-entitled appeals, extending the time of the respondent, Elijah Rivera, to serve and file a brief, until April 8, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent, Elijah Rivera, shall serve and file a brief on the appeals on or before March 9, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that any further request for an extension must be made by motion.
