DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 20, 2015, to include certain material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include certain documents contained in the court file concerning the above-entitled action and annexed to the motion papers as certified copies of those documents is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include certain documents identified by the appellant as trial exhibits is denied without prejudice to moving in the Supreme Court, Kings County, for a reconstruction hearing regarding those exhibits in the event that those exhibits are not part of the court file; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
