Motion by Nicholas Toomey, an appellant in an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 20, 2018, (Appellant Division Docket No. 2019-02829), to hold that appeal in abeyance pending determination of an appeal from an order of the same court entered September 9, 2019, or, in the alternative, to consolidate the appeal from the order entered December 20, 2018, with the appeal from the order entered September 9, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeals from the order entered December 20, 2018, is extended until April 2, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
