| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiff-respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 11, 2019, on the ground that the appellant failed to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 8, 2019. Cross motion by the appellant, inter alia, to prohibit the plaintiff-respondent from filing additional motions, to strike the plaintiff-respondent's reply papers in connection with the motion to dismiss the appeal, and to strike the plaintiff-respondent's affidavit of service.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
