Motion by the 2890 Review Equity, LLC, 2890 Review Tic Owner LLC, and Debello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP, to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 9, 2019, which, inter alia, granted an application pursuant to CPLR 5704 to review the refusal by the Supreme Court, Queens County, to execute an order to show cause, which occurred on July 22, 2019, and dismissed an appeal purportedly taken as of right from the refusal by the Supreme Court, Queens County, to execute the order to show cause, which occurred on July 22, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
