Motion by Weinreb Law Firm, PLLC, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 1, 2019, and for leave to withdraw as appellate counsel for the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered July 23, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant on the appeal from the order dated April 1, 2019, is denied as unnecessary as Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Carone, LLP, was substituted as counsel for the appellant on that appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw as appellate counsel for the appellant on the appeal from the judgment dated entered July 23, 2019, is granted and Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Carone, LLP, remains as counsel of record for the appellant on that appeal.
