| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 5, 2019, to include certain documents. Cross motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that it has been rendered academic. Application by the attorney for the child to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is extended until March 12, 2020, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
