An order having been entered on October 8, 2019, granting petitioner-appellant's motion to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Tyson Blue, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Tyson Blue, Esq., dated February 7, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Ryan J. Muldoon, Esq., 126 Genesee Street, Suite 105, Auburn, New York 13021, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Wayne County, entered July 26, 2019, in place and stead of Tyson Blue, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Wayne County Family Court Clerk provide Ryan J. Muldoon, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to April 27, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
