An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Chautauqua County, entered July 29, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties to extend the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal,
It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff's time to perfect the appeal is extended to April 27, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is hereby ORDERED that defendant's time to file and serve a brief pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (f) (1) (iv) is extended to May 27, 2020, and, in the event of failure to file the brief, the cross appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
