thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and George J. Hoffman, Jr., Esq., P.O.
Box 269, East Greenbush, NY 12061, 518-859-7137, is relieved from any further obligation to represent
appellant, and it is further
ORDERED that Danielle Neroni Reilly, Esq., 668 Madison Avenue, Albany,
NY 12208, 518-453-0173, is assigned to represent appellant upon this appeal pursuant to County Law section
722, which shall be perfected in accordance with articles 55, 56 and 57 of the CPLR, and it is
further
ORDERED that George J. Hoffman, Jr., Esq., shall forward the appellate file to Danielle Neroni
Reilly, Esq., within ten (10) days of the date of this decision, and it is further
ORDERED that if the
appeal is not perfected on or before March 30, 2020, appellate counsel shall move on notice for a further
extension of time to perfect the appeal.
