On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 28, 2020, and the scheduling order of this Court also dated February 28, 2020, in the above-entitled case are recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted for the decision and order on motion dated February 28, 2020:
Motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated July 3, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until April 1, 2020, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
