| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated March 12, 2019, and two orders of the same court dated September 12, 2018. By order on certification of this Court dated May 30, 2019, the appellant was granted poor person relief and assigned counsel with respect to the appeal from the order dated March 12, 2019, and by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 20, 2019, assigned counsel was relieved and new counsel assigned with respect to the appeal from the order dated March 12, 2019.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated May 30, 2019, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 20, 2019, are amended to reflect that the appellant is also granted poor person relief with respect to the appeals from the orders dated September 12, 2018, and counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal from the order dated March 12, 2019, is also assigned to prosecute the appeals from the orders dated September 12, 2018.
